Here are views of the Bristol Quaker Burial Ground, Redcliffe, Bristol, England. I took them in the Spring of this year as part of the preparation for the talks I did on the East Coast, USA.
For me the Burial site is interesting because of its close proximity to the parish church of St Mary Redcliffe which had a long association with the family of William Penn.
It’s worth noting that Bedminster was not part of the City of Bristol until 1832.
I’ll be posting further information on St Mary Redcliffe and its Penn associations over the next month or so.
